Why This Smoothie Is Good for You

Papaya

Papaya is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A and folate. It also contains papain, a natural enzyme that may help support healthy digestion.

Mango

Mangoes are packed with antioxidants and provide vitamins A and C, both of which contribute to healthy skin and immune function.

Greek Yoghurt

Greek yoghurt adds protein and calcium, helping to keep you feeling fuller for longer while supporting strong bones and muscles.

Ginger

Adding fresh ginger provides a subtle warming flavour and contains natural compounds that may help support digestion.

Lime

A squeeze of lime brightens the smoothie while adding another boost of vitamin C.

Easy Ways to Boost the Nutrition

Make this smoothie even more filling by adding:

  • A tablespoon of rolled oats for extra fibre.
  • A tablespoon of chia or flaxseeds for healthy omega-3 fats.
  • A handful of spinach—you’ll hardly taste it, but you’ll add valuable vitamins and minerals.
  • A scoop of plain protein powder after exercise.

A Healthy Habit Worth Blending

Smoothies are a simple way to increase your fruit intake, especially on busy mornings when time is limited. While they’re a convenient option, remember to enjoy them as part of a balanced diet that includes whole fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains.
